The following pages will allow you to sign up for a membership online at a Wiltshire Council leisure centre.

At the end of this process you will be provided with a reference number that you will need to bring along to reception to finalise your application.

You will need the following to hand to complete the online portion of this application:

     Your contact details, including an email address and at least one contact telephone number.
     A credit or debit card in order to make the initial payment.
     Details of any health issues that may be relevant to your application.
